When not battling immortals for inter-temporal domination, the Highlander is the backbone of our middle order with bat and ball, the fulcrum around which so many a GCC game has swung. Mr Dependable is always ready to charge in when called upon, poseser of a demon slow ball, a captain's delight. Also a death batting expert who specialises in adding a quick fire 30 to any measly total. From one over.

When not climbing the Himalayas, trekking to the South Pole or swimming across lava flows in Hawaii, Steven is our regular man behind the stumps. He has literally saved more runs from sorry bowling than we care to admit!
Add his calm advice from behind the stumps between overs and prolific batting to the mix and you have an irreplaceable member of the GCC ensemble. Sharing the club's highest score of 126* with the great Shomit is all the praise you need. Currently without a nickname - current contenders include SS Jumbo and Steve Stifler.  Other ideas most welcome. NC

Olly in the Sky, Judgy, Davy Crockett, Robin Smith, Tackleberry, Cunners Snr is known by many names, least of all Oliver. 
Known for skipping teas, head butting cricket balls, hysterical match reports, confident karaoke, biting social commentary and aqua drones. 
Olly is a destructive opening bat capable of winning any game from any position. When Olly fires, we win. Pretty simple really. Also a brilliant 5th bowler when called upon to hold up one end in the same vein as a Chris Gayle or Hansie Cronje. A true scholar of the game, Olly is a walking encyclopaedia of anything to do with cricket. He is the brother of Mr Cricket after all. NC
