2020 - The Covid Year

No handshakes, no saliva on the ball and bring-your-own-tea. It wasn't entirely cricket as we know it, but it was cricket.

Our first encounter of the much delayed season on July 12 would be our new local foe, Brixton Barbarians, as affable and accommodating a bunch as one could hope for in our first encounter of the Covid season. More testing challenges were to follow, read the reports to find out how GCC managed to combine some top, and not so top, flight performances while keeping their social distance.
